I couldn't put it down and finished it in one night. I had already read the first book, "Flight to Heaven" and this one gave more details about the accident and out of body experience. While this book describes in beautiful imagery the things Captain Dale Black saw in heaven, it is salted with scriptures throughout, and those fed my soul along with descriptions that were so sincerely and beautifully written. I have always appreciated the deep reverence and protectiveness that Captain Dale has placed on his experience. To him, it is a sacred trust to share it with people, but not something he was quick to do. But after many years, he knew God wanted it shared. Probably because we are at a time when people need most to hear it. For such a time as this. While people who have seen heaven, struggle much to describe it, Dale Black does an excellent job of coming close and I found myself able to live part of it with him, inwardly, on a spiritual level, and also in the imagery, almost as if being there myself. Looking forward to the next one.
This book adds details to the original book but then it stops and doesn't clearly explain that the story will be continued and in Volume 2. In the beginning, the author refers to a subject and then tells the reader it will be explained later in the narrative and it is not included in Volume 1. I hope Volume 2 comes out soon so the reader can complete the narrative. I recommend this book because of the additional details included that bring understanding to Christian beliefs.In particular, I found it fascinating that Dale credits his family and friends prayers in the past for forming a shield that allowed him to survive. Seeing the value of preventative prayers can encourage all of us to pray more for other people to allow God's love to flow more strongly in their lives.This recognition also shows there is more than being born-again (although a life changing event) in living our Christian life. This narrative shows that our life journey is strongly impacted by prayers from others now as well as from prayers in the past. Note: In Revelations the prayer bowls holding & storing human prayers are described.Reading this particular truth from Dale's book will help us deal with otherwise unexplained experiences because we do not know what is the root cause is for many life events. Bringing many truths into greater awareness is the primary value for reading this book. Looking forward to the next one(s).
Captain Dale’s new book is EXCEPTIONAL! It’s a must read! While reading I felt as if I was IN Heaven with him! The author captivated me of the splendors of Heaven with amazing descriptions. Each chapter also includes scripture to back up everything that is said. Thank you Capt. Dale for revealing your sacred story! I plan to order Visiting Heaven as Christmas presents. I can’t think of a better way to share the true meaning of Christmas than by giving others accurate information about heaven and our God. It’s all inside the pages of this awesome book.Without Question – THE BEST book about Heaven!
Capt Dale is exceptional at writing. He takes you through the days events the day prior to the accident. This book is an intimate story of his life, what happened at the scene of the accident and the beginning of his journey to Heaven. He’s very discriptive and you can visualize everything he’s saying. Once you start reading the book, you can’t put it down. I read it in a couple hours. Thank You Capt Dale for sharing your sacred story of your life and Heaven, giving everyone who reads your book the Peace and anticipation for Heaven.
I love this book. It’s the grace of God that Captain Black is alive. His writing is so good, and believable, that I feel as if I went through the experience with him. I bought extra copies to share with friends. The photographs added extra personalization to his story. Excellent book about God’s grace!
Dale does a wonderful job describing heaven. I have only felt heaven. I would say what he describes in his book as holiness was told to me by my deceased dad-it is called unconditional love. He is on key point. I love his books and can’t wait for the next one.
